When will my order be ready?

After your order is placed, we will get the ball rolling! Some products do need time to create and curate. Proof approval is required before production of some orders. Please use the outline below as a general guide to production turnaround.

  • In-Stock Splott Spirit Merch & Apparel: 1–2 business days
  • Big Heads, A-Frame Inserts, Small–Medium Banners, Posters, & Yard Signs, Removable Vinyl Graphics, Real Estate Signs, Stickers (25-), General Quotes: 3–5 business days
  • Flags, Banner Stands, Oversize Banners, Trade Show Displays: 5–7 business days
  • Custom Team/Bulk Apparel Orders, Vehicle Wraps/Lettering, Oversizs Signs & Banners: 14–21 business days
  • Graphic Design, Stickers (25+) (Vector Art Creation, Bronze Logo Design, Business Cards, Post Cards, Digital Art, Ads): 5–10 business days
  • Small Marketing Material Printing (Flyers, Business Cards, Post Cards, Small Brochures): 3–5 business days
  • Specialty Projects (Electrical/Monument/Other Ground Signs, Acrylic Cut Letters, Plaques, Specialty Signage, Silver, Gold Logo Design, Annual Reports, Folders, Multi-page Brochures, Packaging, Customized Merch, Engraved Products, Product Development): 14+ Business Days

    • DESIGN: 7–10 Business Days* (Customer supplied art: 2 Business Days)
    • PRODUCTION (after proof approval): 14–21 Business Days
      (This timeframe may be flexible, based on current production schedule)
    • DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Pre-Payment in Full
    • Customer Supplied Art: Must be provided in VECTOR format (EPS, PDF). Please see our Art Guidelines for more details.

    • Custom Designed Art
      • Additional revisions billed at $105/hr.
      • Art is original and designed in-house
      • No art? No problem! Let our in-house design team create some amazing original art for your next project.
      • Design starts at $150 per graphic (1 mock-up, 2 revisions, final file–PDF, EPS formats)
      • Sorry! We do not recreate and/or print designs already available for retail somewhere else.
